Scoring 300+ in JAMB UTME is a milestone for every Nigeria student. In this regard, the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board (JAMB) usually release the names of its top 3 scorers every year.
This year, however, JAMB went on to release the top 10 utme candidates.
Quick Overview.
About 21% of the 2022 Utme candidates scored above 200, which is a total of 378,639 out of the 1,761,338 students who sat for the unified examination.
On top of the list is Adebayo Eyimofe, an Ekiti state indigene, with a whopping score of 362 out of 400. Eyimofe is trailed closely by Master Ugwu Chikelu who scored 359.

Wrap-up.
It’s a good thing to see great academic performances are getting some degree of publicity and/or recognition in the country. It’s also good to see how Nigerian students are beating the odds and giving academics their all.
